Meet the Family Behind Taco Chavez Bros
Taco Chavez Brothers started the way most great food does — in a family kitchen. Two brothers, raised on their mother's mole and grandmother's tamales, decided Kennewick deserved the real thing.
Today, our bright yellow truck at 5651 W 36th Ave is a daily stop for families, students from Columbia Basin College, and workers up and down Highway 395.
We make our beans, rice, salsas, and marinades from scratch every morning. The pastor pork spins on a real trompo. The tortillas are warmed to order. Nothing is frozen, nothing is rushed when it shouldn't be.
